In this pasta making workshop atendees will form different types of noodles and will learn the distinction between hand formed pasta and machine extruded pasta. We will first start by learning how the dough is made, and then begin the rolling part of the lesson. Atendees will roll out sheets of pasta and cut different types of noodles, some of which we will be eating after the instruction part of the workshop. After all the dough is rolled out, we will sit together for a family style meal and eat our fresh pasta and a fresh salad using the Wine Pubs fresh ingredients. Each atendee will also be taking home over a pound of fresh made pasta as well.
